I am going to my walk-through tonight on our co-op at 6:00- Does anyone have a list of what we should check for????

Make sure you run all the appliances, flip on the heat, test the AC. Also, flush all the toilets and run water in all the sinks -- make sure you run hot water, too. Check for any repairs that the seller's were supposed to make.
