If you had extenuating circumstances, would you see FH the night before the wedding? FH has no where to go at this time, and we can not afford a hotel room at this point (and that would be rediculous anyway). He said he will leave before I start getting ready.

No big deal to me (IMHO) for you to see each other the night before. As long as he makes like a tree and leafs the morning of.

I dont think its so bad, but thats because we are spending the night before the wedding together. If its really important for you, maybe you could stay in the same house, but sleep in separate rooms and make sure not to see eachother after you go to bed.

we are staying together the night before, i know i'll have a hard time sleeping without him, i don't believe its bad luck

there's no such thing as bad luck!
PLUS, the night i got engaged... i happened to be at a restaurant where a couple was celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. my waiter told her that we had just gotten engaged and she gave me a couple words of advice....
one included that she and her husband saw eachother the night before the wedding and they are still happily married!
don't worry about the little things....

I agree with most everyone else here... it all comes down to what you want and what you are comfortable with.
You love your FH and he loves you and you will have a long and happy life no matter what!

I was going to that anyway until a friend insist I sleep at HER house and get ready - can you maybe do that?

whatever makes you happy....i want to spent the night at my mom's house and he will probably stay at the hotel with a groomsman. but if we didn't have anywhere to go, we would just stay together. :)
