Usher Question???

Usher Question???

Do ushers usher all female guests? even those who are with an escort (and the man walks behind)? Or do they just usher single female guests to their seats?

All of the weddings that I have been to (including two I was in) the ushers escorted all the female guests and the escorts walked behind. It sounds weird but it wasn't. Hope this helps
