I've had a headache for 4 days. . . . I want to leave work and go to bed.

I have had the same issue- and then I cant sleep because of this damn headache!

FH & i suffer from headaches & migraines so i know the pain. if you tried meds & no relief here are some other options:

FH forces himself to vomit (sorry for the TMI but its the only relief)
eat foods high in potassium
my mom bought us these peppermint sticks they you rub on your temples (she got them at a health food store)
when i was a little kid my dad used to rub the arch of my foot. there is a head pressure point

Ugh! I have had one too but I think it's my sinuses because I took some Tylenol sinus and Afrin and it helped relieve it a little. Hope you feel better soon!

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. I tried everything but nothing worked. After a couple of weeks I finally went to the doc. It ended up being a sinus infection. I took antibiotics and felt better the next day.
