I got FH a printer/scanner/fax that he has been asking for (whatever) and I got a new pitbull puppy Haley...now we have two lil pits!

omgggg I need a pit! I love them. sooooo cute
They are the best dogs I have ever owned and as a kid/teenager I traveled and showed Dogs professionally with my parents..I've come across a lot of dogs and they are A+ in my book.

His birthday is Vday too so I got him two big things. One: Eric Clapton tickets!! Can't wait
It's my FH's birthday too so I got him a video game (I don't know why I feed the sickness) and tickets to the Yankee Stadium tour which I'm so excited to give him, he's going to love it! And he usually pays for dinner that night since it's V-Day but I'm surprising him and taking him to Westbury Manor.

we're not doing gifts this year since we are so close to the wedding. All I ask for from FH is a card and some flowers.

same here - there are so many things we need to spend money on that it seems like a waste to do v-day gifts. and it's not like me AT ALL to skip a holiday...but it just seems reasonable this yr. we'll still spend the day together.

we dont do gifts. he usually buys me flowers and i get him godiva and then we stay in and cook a nice dinner.

I never get FH a vday gift. We have a compromise......I buy him a gift for Superbowl, and he buys me a gift for vday.
But this year we're not doing anything.

what is a typical superbowl gift? love the idea! FH loves hockey but sadly the islanders aren't so hot.
