V-day mishap
Well, FI finally confessed about his V-day plans. All I knew was we were going to NJ.
He bought tickets to the 'Valentine's Lovefest' with the ChiLites, Manhattans, Delfonics and some other older groups. Problem is he was at work today and friend told him the concert was LAST NIGHT!!!!! He and his wife attended. FI called me frantic telling me his plans and that it's a Valentine's [DAY] concert. He wanted me to get the number to the Newark Symphony Hall since the tickets are at his place.
Well, turns out the concert was LAST NIGHT.![]()

He takes such pride in planning Valentine's Day things that he is ready to just leave work now to try to pull something together. He's called me no less than 10 times in the last hour asking about different concerts and broadway shows.
I guess we are doing dinner & a movie. Although, we went to Blue Water Grill on Friday night.![]()
I am not upset at all. He is the one who's pissed that he never looked at the tickets. I feel so bad for him. He tried so hard to surprise me and it's ruined.![]()

I really do not want to deal with the NYC dinner crowd tonight. I do however want to see 'Hitch'.![]()
