Vacation help again!!!

Who would have thought this would be so hard---

We are trying to plan an all inclusive vacation for 9 nights and cant find anywhere to go!!

We are looking to spend $1000 per person without airfare and are willing to go anywhere except Jamaica and Puerto Rico---

does anyone have any suggestions--I fell in love with moon palace in cancun but way out of our price range---

Help-- I really want to get away for our anniversary--- It will be our last big trip before the baby comes

does it have to be a tropical island?

how about going to a spa in Phoenix or Palm Springs, CA - something like that?

how about try this! I have a few friends who LOVE this place...Or check with your travel agent about TNT vacays..they are all inclusive...

I was going to suggest the Moon Palace. You could also stay at one of the other Palace resorts and then use the amenities and restaurants at the Moon Palace.

I am going to Moon Palace in Mexico for 5 nights in MAY through Liberty travel. We paid 1350 pp for everything (airfare, hotel, food, drinks, transportation, taxes and insurance) and it also includes several free tours. Are you sure you cant find reasonable rates for this resort - perhaps for less time or an off time of yr - when did you say you were going - I think June-Sept is off season in Cancun area... have you tried magarita island off venuzuela?

it is a big european destination and I know they have all inclusives

I am, sure that you have tried alot of travel sites but I use http://www.vacmart.com . I have found some great deals through this site. Cancun for $600pp. That included air and brunch. We stayed at a place called the Miramar Mission Hotel.

How about an all inclusive to Costa Rica? It's so beautiful there and pretty cheap too!

How about Acapulco?? My hubby just booked our 1yr. anniversary trip to Acapulco. I can't wait! I saw pics. of where we're staying and it's beautiful!

Mexico is really cheap. But a 1000 for nine days seems like it is going to be really hard to find. My guess would be to either to go for fewer days or try to stay in the US so that the airfare is cheaper.

Thanks for the help everyone--
I found a great deal thru American Express--pay for 2 nights get 3rd free!!

So we are going for 12 days for under $1860 and that is all inclusive at Wyndham Viva Maya in Playa Del Carmen---

Can't wait!!!!
