Anone recommend any good places...all inclusives. Hubby and I are looking into going somehere, maybe Aruba, or just going on another cruise. Any ideas, or recommendations Thanks!!!!!

You would love Aruba Diane! I never spoke to someone who didn't! It is so relaxing, ALWAYS has perfect weather. The island is very safe, where you are not limited to your resort like some other places. There is alot to do there also (just see my Aruba book). When do you plan on going away?

I'm dying to go to the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas ... which I think is all inclusive. It's been on the Travel channel and in mag's as one of the best! That gets my vote .. and the flight is very manageable.

This past summer, FH and I went to Cancun. We stayed at a resort called the Moon Palace. It was beautiful not on the 'strip'. It was all inclusive and very, very nice. FM if you want more info.

Diane - I am with ya. DH & I are looking for a all-inclusive or a cruise and are looking for suggestions as well. HWne are you thinking of going...we say May.
I loved the Iberostar Bavaro in Punta Cana, DR. It was very reasonable ($), good food and people. DR isn't the best island if you want to leave the resort (unless you go on organized trips) but the resorts are gorgeous. If you stay at the Bavarro - you can use the facilities of the two attached Iberostars. The Bavaro (of the three Iberostars in Punta Cana) is the nicest, very few kids, and the rooms are junior suites. I also stayed at the Iberostar Costa Dorada (?-the one in Puerta Plata, DR) and it was really nice. I just preferred the one in Bavaro. I hear the Iberstars in Mexico (Cozumel?) are really good as well. MY friend went to one of them and loved it.
I took the cruise to Bermuda (Celebrity Horizon) and it was really good as well.

Thanks ladies...actually we have already been to Dominican Republic. Thanks for all your ideas We are looking more towards April, but even still looking to go away next week I want to go to Bermuda, but it is NOT warm enough down there this time of year.

If you are going to Aruba, I wouldn't go all inclusive. There are great restaurants there and you don't want to miss them. Also, if you go to Aruba, rent ATVs. They are so much fun and the best way to see the island.
