hb - I think they get less buisness so they try to rip off the buisness they do get.... one place didnt even have enough of the high cp's I wanted ( only 10 and I needed 15) so they said ok we will give you 10 high and 5 low... and they were charging me the same price for the high ones!!! weirdos lol
