Seriously, we're going to the candlelit dinner thing at White Castle!!!!!!! I just think the whole thing is hysterical, and I hate going to crowded places on V-day, so I was like let's do it - let's go to White Castle. HAHAHA!

Yeah we really dont have the money ether buttttt we havent gone out to eat in months!!!..soo we deserve a night out!!..and FH has been working like 12-13 hour days with tax season so it will be a nice night out for us!!..but maybe after we can help you!

Last year was the first year we made dinner and it was FANTASTIC. I made FH watch a movie he would never watch (The Notebook) I made NY Strip, Potato, Shrimp Cocktail. FH bought Red Velvet Cupcakes and Duck Walk Port and it was awesome. We're going to do it again this year because it was so stress free. I'm making him watch The Princess Bride!

Well White Castle is actually booking up fast!!!! We needed to make reservations and apparently many of the locations were booked up! Too funny!

I am dying to check out the melting pot!!
We're actually going out the night before ((Weds)) to F.ILLI PONTE'S in the city, my fav place everrrr!! Because on St. Valentine's Day i'm making him Lamp Chops w/ Mint Jelly, Roasted Potatos & spinach, yum!! Then we're going to watch a movie in front of the fire which we haven't had time to do all winter, I CANT WAIT!!
