We are trying to book skiing for the long weekend to kind of get away from things and just relaxxxxxxxx.....we love to ski so hopefully we are going there for the weekend and a nice dinner at the restaurant on Sunday??
If we don't go, we may just go to a restaurant in the city that FH and I love!!!

it's our e-anni. 1 yr baby! so we either will recreate our 1st date and engagement (this was a recreation of the 1st date), or gonna stay at home and cook something out of this world

I'm leaving 6am Sunday morning for a business trip to Texas
FH is going to Vegas that day for a bachelor party
so we'll probably do dinner @ some point during the week

It's FH's birthday so I'm taking him to dinner at Westbury Manor as a surprise. He usually pays on Valentine's Day even though it's his birthday but I wanted to surprise him this year.

.......I dont really like celebrating valentines day (dinners and the flowers and all that stuff is sooo expensive) I may just make a nice dinner like lobster and champagne and a dessert, dress up and stay home!

We have my best friends wedding and we rented a room at the hotel where everyone is staying. It should be alot of fun FH is excited because it takes the pressure of planning something good off of him. He planned a great one last year and said he was nervous if he could top it this year.
