valentine's day/1 yr engagement anniversary ideas...help please!

Hi ladies....I'm having a major problem....my one year engagement anniversary is coming up....it happens to be on valentine's day! 1 year ago on v-day the FH popped the question!! My dilemma is that I have absolutely NO idea what to get him! Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? What have people done in the past for their 1 year engagement (if anything at all?) I really want to do something extra special b/c it's our anniversary and Vday!!!! ANY ideas would be a huge help!!!

oh okay, i thought gift idea. hm... Vday is tough b/c there is a lot going on. does he have a favorite restaurant/bar he hasn't been to in a while?

i ordered fh something from shari's berries to get sent to his office. I got him the triple mini cheesecakes. I have NEVER done this for v-day before but I wanted to do something for him that he wouldn't expect and obviously i'm not going to send him flowers. so instead I'll just send cheesecakes to his office
