What's everyone getting their FH for valentine's day & what are your plans?
I have no idea what to get! I got some silly stuff but no luck with the main gift.

I just did a bunch of little silly things. Plus, I'm making him his favorite dinner. We are paying for the wedding ourselves, so no big presents until after it's all paid off!

We arent doing any presents. We are going to see The Vow (ok that is a present for me lol) and have dinner. Even tho its our first Valentines Day as an engaged couple, we really cant afford to do anything big.

No big plans for FH and I either. Ill be cooking us dinner and suprising him with a fondue dessert. I bought this lil fondue set with our names on it and it says 'You Melt My Heart'.

Probably just going to dinner. I bought a few little things for him & that's about it. Birthdays & Christmas, we go a little more over the top with presents usually.

Us too! No big gifts until after the wedding.
We are going to make dinner together - Steamed Crab Legs and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta. I will bake cupcakes for dessert. We weren’t going to do any gifts, but I decided to buy tickets to the Citifield Tours. They were only $10 each. I couldn’t pass that up for my Mets Fan!
I’m actually really looking forward to a nice quiet night in.

We took off on Monday and Tuesday so we're looking forward to a nice looooooong Valetine's Day weekend! LOL We'll probably just have lunch together because he has class in the morning and I have class in the evening. I bought him Citifield tour tickets (Thanks Erica!!) and I'll probably buy another cute little thing. We set a limit on gifts because we tend to try to 'Outdo' each other and it gets pricey.. quick!

We were actually suppose to go away for the weekend but FH never requested time off from his weekend job. I won 2 trips at a bridal expo in January. I need to get on him to request the time so that we can go in the near future.

ITA!!! we are doing dinner on Vday & a hotel/ wine tour a few days after (had a gift certificate to a hotel out east & have some groupons for wineries)

We decided to lay off huge gifts until after the wedding but I am surprising him with a tour to Yankee Stadium (although we have partial season tickets) we never did a tour so I thought it would be a nice surprise and we are having lunch at the Hardrock there after the tour.

i don't think we're going to do gifts (or at least i told him i didn't want to..)...with the weddings costs and then FH's car had to go in for major body work that he owe's deductible money on now, i just think we're better off staying low...maybe going out to dinner, nothing high class

Were going out to dinner and then we said just cards. But FH school always does a valentine sale so he always brings home a single rose and a stuff animal. It's a tradition now.

We only do candy and go out to dinner (usually Outback bc FH is OBSESSED!) Our anniversary is today, and my birthday is at the end of the month, so I feel bad making Kev do three sets of gifts at once lol....plus, i loveeee candy so it works out well for me

awww thats adorable! ... I have no plans at all... but we are celebrating it on feb 18th... idk what he has in stored for me.

Our dating Anniversary is in May. I can’t believe it will be our last one before we get married!!
