I LOOOVE Vanderbilt form what i've heard and read about it. It seemed to be at the upper end o our price range, but we could swing it if we made saacrifices. That was until I saw the $10,000 site fee. Is that true? Is there always this fee? Is it less off season? If anyone wants to FM me what they paid, etc, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Vandebuilt mansion in Oakdale (dowling college) is lovin oven caterers and there is definately not a $10,000 site fee i dont know about the vandebuil mansion of lessings caterers

Okay, I think I am mixing them up, then...I'm going to have to go check which one I mean, but I'm pretty sure the one at dowling. I thought they were the same one!
