vanderbilt mansion!

hi all,

i just found out that i got my date at the vanderbilt mansion at dowling - may 28, 2005 - and i'm SO excited!

we are going there to have an informal food tasting this sunday, and i'm assuming that we'll officially book the place then.

i was wondering if any vanderbilt brides, past or present, could give me advice about the booking process. are the prices negotiable? is there anything i should be asking or that i should look out for?
