Does anyone have any info on the Vanderbilt mansion in Oakdale? My FH and I are thinking of booking there. I'd LOVE to hear from someone who went to a wedding there.

This was our dream location Unfourtanitly we decided not to go w/ them b/c they can't guarentee you to have your wedding there until excatly 1 year before the date, b/c of a contract they have w/ Dowling
We need to book vendors & plan, so it wasn't for us...

I didn't know that about the Vanderbilt. We have an appointment for sunday. I've looked all over for reception sites and this was 'the one'. I guess I'll have to see about waiting. Thanks for the tip.
