Can you take photos there? Is there a site fee? Anyone take there before or know about it? I looked briefly on the site but got bored.

Re: Vanderbilt Museum?
I am taking my pictures at the Vanderbilt Museum. It's $200 for 1 hour of pictures, but this only allows you to go to 2-3 spots. It's $300 for 2 hours and you get access to several more beautiful areas.
If you are interested you can call 631-854-5568 and speak to the woman in charge, i think her name is carol. You can set up an appointment to go look at the spots you can take pictures and she'll go over everything with you. HTH

Hey Heather,
I don't know if you like the Bayard cutting Arboretum but they have a $50 permit fee and then you have to pay (I think maybe $10) for each car that goes in. They don't let you take pictures inside so if it rains there is no option there but they will refund you the money you paid for the permit. Its a much cheaper option than Vanderbilt.

Thats what I was planning on doing, but Vanderbilt has this little area thats very romeo & juliet looking... but not sure its worth $300!! So the Arboretum it will be.
