So I decided instead of throwing FH a surprise party, that I will just take him to Vegas instead!!!! It comes out cheaper and I know that it will be more memorable.
So I recruited his friends (who are always down for Vegas) and now I am searching for some things to do....any suggestions? We will be staying at the MGM Grand (hopefully)....
I'm a VEGAS VIRGIN help!!!

I don't know if you guys are into it but when FH and I went to Vegas for his birthday in February we took an ATV tour through the desert. It was the most amazing thing! We drove through all the way to the California/Nevada border. Definitely something I would recommend.

go to the top of the stratosphere...the view is awesome and theres different rides up there
take the bus to the old part of vegas...like bunions and stuff...and Freemont Street has a cool light show at night
just going from hotel to hotel is awesome bc theres so much to see and do in each one!
in terms of clubs and stuff...my favorite club was Pure in Caesars Palace

we were there just this April. I took FH at MGM Grand to Crazy Horse Paris (erotic show). FH was very thankful the girls are gorgeous and uber sexy and the whole show is very very european and sexy as hell. we also went to Tao for the experience. great restaurant.

OMG I LOVE VEGAS!!! I miss it so much!!!
Trist at the Wynn is a great club and it's a bit of an older crowd.
If you're there on Sunday... wait no, not 'If'.. YOU HAVE TO BE THERE ON A SUNDAY! to go to REHAB at the Hard Rock greatest pool party EVER!!!!!!!
Mirage on Monday's is pretty awesome too. it get's crowded though.
I don't have any show Rec's since I only say 'the thunder from down under' woo-hoo those guys were HOT!

I just came back from Vegas about 3 wks ago. it was my first time as well. I saw the Cirque show at the Bellagio called 'O', it was amazing!!!! I would go to Tao for dinner one day. The Palmas has a good pool party on Fridays. I went to Rehab at the Hard Rock on Sunday, it wasnt my thing but I would check it out just for the experience. However, the guys have to pay $100.00 to get in, the girls paid $20.00.
My favorite part was acutally sight seeing all the hotels, the water fountain show at Bellagio, the gondola ride at Ventian.

eat at the top of the world in the stratousphear, amazing view and good food
PH which is pretty close to MGM has a young, hip vib
See a cirque show, they are amazing
theres soooo many fun things to do I can not think of them all right now

I went to Vegas last year for my 21st birthday and I stayed at Caesar's Palace. I booked through Expedia and it was very very cheap. I went during an off season though (January), but I definitely recommend Caesar's!!

I told FH that I wanted to do the same thing!! I told him that it would end up being cheaper than getting a limo and a night out on the town in the city and getting VIP and all that other bullshizzz...besides I think Vegas would be more memorable!

I also loved the club Jet.
We saw Howie Mandel do standup and saw Cirque De Sole which was really cool.

I went there when I was 16 and while I obviously couldn't gamble, we did do a lot of other fun stuff. The David Copperfield show was so interesting and fun, and going to the Hoover Dam was indescribable. I thought it would be so boring but it was such a beautiful sight.

I personally love the bar at Hard Rock. It's more low key than the clubs...but a fine time if you arent in a club mood one of the nights. The Pink Taco restaurant in Hard Rock is also good. Tao is awesome, as well. It's in the Venetian
