Vegas

FH and I love Vegas so we're thinking of going for our honeymoon.
Any hotel recommendations that would fit for a honeymoon getaway?
What about shows, spas, restaurant, excursion ideas??

I loved the Mirage but if you're on a budget the Tropicana was recently redone and it's beautiful. If you haven't seen Beatles Love definitely see that! Last time we were in Vegas we went horseback riding in the red rock mountains and it included lunch (which was surprisingly delicious) and I highly recommend that. They picked us up right at the hotel and the scenery is amazing. HTH!

It depends on your price point...The Hotel at Mandalay Bay is great, all the rooms are suites however all the way at one end of the strip. The bellagio and venetian have come down in price since the building of the city center. I just stayed at the Encore which was AMAZING, but it was a girls trip! Definitely have to see the Beatles Love show.

I read some great reviews about the newer hotels- Aria, Cosmopolitan, Vdara. Anyone have any reviews from these places?

Horseback riding sounds fun! We'll probably do the Grand Canyon too. We already saw the Beatles show, but definitely want to check out another one :)

My husband stayed at Luxor for his bachelor party and he loved it.

I've stayed at Harrah's, the Venetian, Caesars, and a few places off the strip (lol i love vegas). Haven't stayed at any of the new ones but The Venetian and Caesars were definitely my two faves. Was just in Vegas for FH's 30th b-day in early september. You should definitely check out ziplining at Bootleg Canyon Flightlines! It was really affordable and fun. Plus only a 30 min drive from the strip! http://www.flightlinezbootleg.com/
