I thought a cute way to get our bridal party to meet (since we're not having an engagement party) is to host a party in my backyard during the summer. i'm also planning to give my girls their will u be my bridesmaid cards at the party and FH will make the announcement to his best man. my only problem is this: i don't want it to be a plain barbacue so I'm trying to think of a fun theme and the only things i could come up with so far are a casino/vegas theme or a luau theme. Decorating for the luau would be pretty easy but i would have no clue where to start with a casino theme. which theme do u girls like better or do u have any other suggestions?

luau theme! seems perfect for a backyard party in the summer...and you could really go all-out with tiki lamps and grass skirts

I love a Lua Theme...its so fun and summery.
