Veil?

Veil?

Is $225 to pay for a veil? To me thats a lot for a piece of netting. Its a Catherdal (sp) lenght veil with crystals & pearls done in circles through out the veil.

I have no idea how much veils cost, but that sounds beautiful, can you tell me where you found it???

I think it depends - to me it was expensive - I am getting a cathedral, fingertip, and blusher for $240 - I know it is expensive but I looked all over and found anything less seemed itchy to my skin - (I have sensative skin) it didn't bother my friends though -

I think if you are not picky about the softness of the tulle then you can definitely get it for less.

The other thing to keep in mind is does it have sworski (sp?) crystals - they really drive up the price as well... If you are getting cystals with solid backs be careful because they can come out black in photos

Thanks everyone.

I found the veil at Angel Bridals where I bought me dress & its made by West wood.

I think the crystals have solid backs.

I guess I will look around a little b/4 I decide.

That sounds lovely
But I wouldn't pay that much for a veil.
But that's just me.

Netting is netting - if you preserve it correctly it will not yellow no matter if it's $250 or $80.

My veil which was a two layer veil that fell to my hips with a separate detachable cathedral on velcro with a finished edge was $98.00 together.

Try glamgal.com. She has a great selection, the veils came so well packaged they didn't need to be steamed and they were nicely constructed.
