Will you be wearing your veils for the whole night ?

Re: Veil
I won't. As per chinese custom I'll be changing out of my white wedding gown during the reception so the veil will come off with it.

Re: Veil
I really want to wear my veil for most of the night, since my dress is a lot simpler than most dreses and the veil makes me look like a bride. I plan on bustling my cathedral veil, so I can wear it most of the night.

Re: Veil
i am not sure but it is possible. It will only be a fingertip veil and it will be attached very low on the back so it should not 'bother' me while I eat, etc...

Re: Veil
I want to wear mine all night long! That's the plan right now anyway... we'll see if that changes at the reception!

Re: Veil
Originally I planned on taking it off after pictures but I ended up leaving it on all night!!! I truly felt like 'the bride' with it on!!! Plus it didn't bother me at all!
Now when I look back at my pictures, I am glad I left it on!!!

That's the plan. I really like the way it looks in pictures all night long.

Re: Veil
I probably won't decide until the day of. It depends if it bothers me or not.

Re: Veil
I am...I figured that I only get to wear a veil once in my life, so I might as well make the mostof it. I got a fingertip length veil, and my sister (who also wore a fingertip length veil) told me that the only time it was annoying was during the receiving line (which she did right after the ceremony). She said that every time someone hugged her, they yanked her head back.

Re: Veil
I wanted to wear it the whole night but it kept getting caught on the beading in the back of my dress. I had to take it off midway through the reception.

Re: Veil
I wore mine up to the cocktail hour. Once my dress was bustled, my veil was gone.
