Where did everyone get their veils? I was going to go with the one they put my in at Kleinfelds but I dont want to spend $800 on something I'm going to take off at the reception!!

I ordered mine where I ordered my dress, Bridal Suite of Bayshore. Not the expensive - simple and matched my dress.

Francines Cosmetique in Sayville. It was half the price of what my bridal salon wanted :)

Re: Veil?
I was going to say TriCounty, there's a booth there for a lady who specializes in them...in fact she was on an episode of Bridezillas back in the day.
I'm either going to use my mother's (or exact replica), or my mother is going to make mine.

Same issue I had too! I got my dress at Kleinfelds but refused to pay so much for the veil. So I called another store, Lilletts in Merrick and they let me try on the dress with a variety of veils. I feel like you cant get the veil without the dress.

I got my veil when I got my dress, at Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point, and it is a cathedral length veil, so they told me they will make a bustle for it so I wouldn't have to take it off. I LOVE my veil and didn't want have to take it off, especially because it was expensive also.

Thanks everyone! I got a cute sparkly headband at the tricounty stand but no veils caught my eye. Kleinfelds told me I could always go back and try the dress in again with different veils. Who knew a veil would be a harder decision than my dress!?
