Veil help

I purchased a cathedral length veil with the blusher attached. Its all actually one piece and the blushr kind of doubles over and overlaps, if that makes sense....its a king something cut....

does anyone know what the cut is called?

Is it a circle veil?

The only reason I'm saying that is b/c it sounds like its one piece. The blusher part does not come off right? You can just flip it back and then it becomes a 2 tier?
