Pics are in my album. I went for my first fitting a month ago and we got my veil. I'm unsure of the length right now....I kept saying I didnt want a long veil. I wanted it to be a bit longer than elbow length, but not exactly fingertip length. Basically, I wanted it to come to my hips. The woman in the bridal shop convinced me to get it fingertip length and she promised she could shorten it later if I wanted. I'm going back on February 9th to try everything on again and the more I look at the pics, the more I realize I really am not thrilled with the length. What do you girls think? Shorter? longer? leave it? I feel like it looks weird where it falls right now.... where should it sit do you think?

I like it the way it is, I mean I understand you wanted something else which you should obviously get what you want. But I think it looks great!

Take the fact that I am a lil OCD into account here...I think you should leave it. It just goes over the detailing on your dress in the back but you can still see the detailing. If you shorten it it will cut the detailing in the back of your dress. I think you should leave it-BUT if you want it shorter b/c you think you would be happier then go shorter

I would not go shorter I really like it like that
if anything i would do cathedral, but i know you said you dont like it long so how it is is perfect

First off you look breath taking!!!!!!!!! The dress is gorgeous and so flattering on you. Me personally I'd shorten the veil a bit but that's just me, mine is elbow length. It looked liek you have a lot of beautiful beadwork i the back i feel the veil may take away from it a bit BUT regardless everything looks great!!

Is the detailing on the dress or the veil, I thought it was on the veil? But if it is on the dress you should leave it framing the length it is IMO

The detailing is on the veil. The dress has a corset back and a little bead work on the back, so I kind of wanted that to show.

WOW! You couldn't look more beautiful. That dress is perfect for you! As for the veil, I see why you think its long. But, JMO, it looks fine. If you want her to shorten it, then I think that would ok also. GL
