Re: veil mania

I was thinking all at once!
Hee Hee.
I am going to wear my new swiss dot...but I will change into this at some point I think.
Going to try on swiss dot today.
That one is shoulder length, with some little daisy flowers.
I just love veils.

Re: veil mania

Well, went to pick up swiss dot veil today, it was not quite what I expected. Maragaret at Bridal Veil Falls is very cool, she is going to try to dye my famous 'dingy' sample sale veil and re-cut it.
Glad I have back up though.

Re: veil mania

This is close to what my main veil will look like...a little shorter though.
I found out the famous dingy sample sale veil is actually by a liw vendor.
So my veil shopping may not be done yet!
This is so much easier than dress shopping...don't have to worry about my boobs!

Re: veil mania

latest veil update.....dingy polka dot veil has been died by BFV to a rather interesting shade of ecru...not sure what I think.
I wish I had a pix, the dots are light ,the veil is darker, but since the Moonlight mini is two tone with champagne....it may look ok.
I am going to the original veil maker (LIW vendor) on Monday night, to see what they think.
Do I just want to have them start with a new veil if they still have the fabric?
I don't know, it's a lot more expensive and I got a lotta veils so far.
Finally, I got a headpiece made to go with the long Alfred Angelo, it is amazing and unique, it's kind of like a greek wreath with a poof of hatmakers material.
I love it so much. I almost cried when I saw it, it makes the dress, and is different from any headpiece I have ever seen.
