I am in St. Louis on business so FH went to pick up my veil ... I called to make sure everything was ok and he said 'there was a discrepency'
uugghhh what? Apparently they didnt know if I wanted pearls or crystals so instead of calling me and confirming - they put crystals on. I wanted pearls, I never mentioned crystals, she only showed me pearls ...
Fh sent me pictures of it - its ok but its not what I wanted. All of my jewelry is pearls. I am not wearing crystals (well I guess I am now ...)
So sorry ot hear that. Is there time for her to make another? Did she give you a discount since she was not sure? I am sure you will look beautiful in the veil. I am sorry it's not what you originally thought but I bet when you see in person you will love it.

Awww Karin - they should definitely correct their mistake. Mine doesn't have pearls in it, but I'd lend it to you anyway.

i never mentioned crystals but somehow both crystals and pearls were written on her order... so instead of calling and finding out which I wanted, she just put the crystals on
she had the pearls out, we were holding them. 15 pearls ... remember ugh
lar said its beautiful ... maybe the crystals were meant to be! we will see sunday night

Contact them and make them change it. If they can not accommodate you, they need to make a price change to your benefit.

Kick and fight with them, they will cave and CAN do it for you in time. They aren't great salespeople and have no customer service skills. Complain and let them know you are on the wedding site and heard they were great, but are not seeing that....it MAY work.

Make them do it over!!!!! You are paying THEM for a SERVICE and if it is not done the way YOU want it then they need to make good on it.

Karin I think you shouold call the today before you even get home and make them start production on the other veil!!! That way they have the most possible time to get their shitt together!

They are open today AND tomorrow. Have your FH or a friend take it back, say that you wanted pearls, NOT crystals, and have them change it. It's not that difficult to change and you do not have to wear it that way. To wait until next week when you get back is wasting time, have your FH or mom or sister or friend take it back today or tomorrow, this way they have 2 whole weeks to change it and it definitely can be done in that amount of time. Do no stress but have someone take it back now.
ETA: Have someone take a pic of it as it is right now and send it to you to see if you like it, if not, have them take it back. If you do like it, then you can rest easy.
