Anyone know where I can get one? All the veils I've seen online so far only have the combs. The pin will work better with the style I want. Thanks!

Re: Veil on a Pin
hmmm...on a straight pin, like a stick???
I think if you search for 'veil on a stick' you'll find a great thread.
You may want to try Alpha Veils on 38th St.

Re: Veil on a Pin
My veil was on a stick. It just slipped right into my updo. It stayed in the whole night and was so simple I put it in myself...no extra pins needed! I got it from Macy's Bridal. I believe a lot of veils can be done on the comb or stick, you would just have to request it.
I believe that if you go to Barron's booth in Tri-County they can put any veil on a stick.

Re: Veil on a Pin
I'm not sure if this will work for you hair style, but another option that you don'' see often, is a veil with loops.
My hairdresser told me about it & I took my veil on a comb from veilshop.com to Barron'' at Tri County & she removed the comb & sewed on an edging with loops, so hair pins could be inserted in them. My veil was one tier & this helped it lay flatter on my head.

Re: Veil on a Pin
Thanks for your info -- I'll definitely check out Barrons. When I had my hair trial, Jenn used a veil that she had and it was on a stick. I'm having my hair 1/2 up, 1/2 down, and the veil didn't mess up the curls when I took it out (I plan on taking off the veil after our first dance). Just having trouble finding this darn thing.

Re: Veil on a Pin
I have a drop veil...which is a big piece of tulle with a hatpin. I got it fomr glamgal.com. Sonicstef recommended me it is what she wore on her wedding day. Hope that helps!

My veil was on a wire-- Nelson D'leon made it for me-- he is in the city, let me know if you want his #.
