i haven't started looking at veils yet... so this might sound stupid. I wanted to know how do you keep the veil on if you are leaving your hair down at the wedding??? would it mess up the hair style?? TIA

definitely not! i've seen down-do's that still looks gorgeous with a veil on.

I've done a few brides who have worn their hair down and its very easy. You would just need to do a slight back comb (tease) on top part of hair or wherever you'd like to place the veil and it will make a foundation for the comb. You then secure it with a few bobby pins and you're good to go. It will also be easy to take out if you choose to remove it for remainder of wedding

i had my hair down and the veil didn't mess anything up, it's on a comb and you can keep it in tighter with bobby pins. it looked good :)
