What are you ladies doing during the reception? Leaving on or taking it off? Just a blusher? I love my veil so much im considering leaving it on the whole day! They told me they could bustle my veil (its chapel length) Has anyone had that done or familiar with this?

I bought a 2 tier veil which has a removable cathedral (well really chapel length since I'm short!!!). I'll flip the blusher over and use that as my veil for the rest of the night. i want a veil on all night. Not too many occasions you can wear a veil!
UNLESS the veil I ordered comes out ugly (it's custom so I never really got to try it on), then I'm taking the entire thing off.

always visioned it off for the reception but if you love it that much then leave it on.. its your day...if i love mine that much maybe i would leave it on until the first dance is over

I am torn too!! I was originally planning on taking it off...but now I am considering leaving it on. My sister in law said...she wished she would have left hers on during her reception for two reasons...She loved her veil...And her hairstyle sorta fell out(came loose) once she removed her veil.

I left my cathedral on through all the photos, and switched veils right before the reception started to a shorter fingertip veil. I kept it on the whole rest of the night!

Mine is super long...not sure what all the names mean. I am going to wear it as long as I can stand it. It can be bustled, so I will probably do that after the ceremony. But I love it!
