What types of options are there for Veils that don't come around the front of you/cover the shoulders? I'm having a hard time coming up with the right veil/hair for my dress. It's a strapless, crumb catcher neckline, but the fingertip veil I tried it on with looked odd coming forward, draped over my shoulders.

I think there's a way to have a long piece of a veil with another short piece in front, but I'm not sure - only seen pictures. maybe that's what everyone means by tiers? You could also consider a tulle birdcage. The tulle is a little more refined than the net, and birdcage veils come in a few different lengths while still being short.
