Veil poll - just curious

I see so many photos and so few ppl are wearing a blusher! I plan on wearing one...

i had a cathedral veil and also an elbow length one, the elbow length one was used as my blusher. so yeah i did the blusher thing.

I wore one. It was detachable so I took it off right after the ceremony.

I didn't wear one, it's going to sound bizarre but when I tried one one I felt claustrophobic immediately and yanked it off my head. Yes I'm weird.

i had no intention of wearing one but i did. it was actually a shoulder length over a cathedral but i through it over my face for the ceremony. i liked getting unveiled lol

not weird. i felt totally weird and itchy when i tried one on, i didn't like it on my face; I never even wanted to wear a veil period but i did.

plus i don't know how a blusher would work with a mantilla veil, seems like it wouldn't so another reason i didn't wear one.

none for me---we married at RH -- so i figured it wasn't necessary.

besides the vanity in me said 'i ain't covering my face--i'm paying good money for make up and photography---don't wanna cover it for a minute'

I responded no to your survey, but now I am having second thoughts ... the pics with the blushers look soooo nice! FH is seeing me before the ceremony, does that matter re: the blusher?

I'm kind of thinking the same thing, but haven't decided yet. Maybe I'll just have some live hamsters on my head. How's that for drama?
