One of my BM's warned me about getting rhinestones or crystals on my veil. She said that it can tarnish the pictures with spots due to the sparkle?? Has anyone ever heard of this?

I've heard that sometimes rhinestones can look black in pictures, but I think crystals come out okay.

I have heard this--but I really don't understand it and I've never seen it!! Maybe it was true years and years ago when there was a lesser technology??? And I think the rhinestones used are really crystals if that makes sense. I have close up pics of my gown, veil and tiara in my community album--both prof and non-prof and I had no problems. HTH!
