veil question~!
I am looking online for a veil and what is the difference between the 1 tier veil and 2 tier veils? I dont want a huge veil and was looking at the 1 tier cathedral veils and was wondering if the 1 tier veil can cover your face? Or will that only work with a two tier veil?
