veil question

i haven't picked out my veil yet. but i ordered my dress from a bridal salon and am scheduling my first fitting in March. wedding is in late april. if i decided i wanted to order my veil from the same salon, how long does it take for it to be ordered and sent to the store? am i cutting it close by waiting a month before? (the reason i'm thinking about getting my veil there is because i have store credit)

It might be a good idea to find one that you like and order it. At least when your dress arrives, you can try it on with the dress to see how everything looks.

Re: veil question

I ordered my dress first from Smith Haven Macys but didn't like the veil selection. I found the perfect veil, two months after ordering my dress, at Macys in NYC. It took a long time to get my veil since I hadn't ordered it at the same time or from the same store. Also there was some shipping confusion. If I were you I wouldn't wait too long to find that perfect veil! Good luck!

Re: veil question

My concern is that my hairdresser wants to do the hair trial 2 months before wedding and he said I should have the veil and headpiece for that. Something for you to keep in mind!

Re: veil question

It took about a month for my veil to come in, but each salon and each brand is different. HTH
