I have three layers to my veil... and it's really unique, all of the layers are actually one big piece. So when I move the top layer to cover my face it all lays well very nicely. I will have it over my face for the ceremony, and since my Nana is walking me down the aisle and she is TEENY TINY I think my FH is going to take it off right before our first kiss. My Nana can't reach up high enough to flip it over my head!
