Veil Question

so when I got my dress, I ordered a one-tier cathedral length veil.

after thinking about it more, i think i want to have my face covered when i walk down the aisle and have my dad lift it back.

so question is can i buy a blusher and wear it with my veil, or should i call the bridal salon and try and change my order to get a two tier veil?
