I'm going to wear a cathedral veil with some bling on the edges for the church, but I will be taking it off for the reception and most likely will wear an elbow length veil for the reception. Would it be weird to use the elbow length veil as a blusher to walk down the aisle, or should I just get a regular blusher?

If you are going to lift the veil when you get to the end of the aile, use the fingertip as the blusher. This way you don't flip it back and end up with a big puff at the top of your head. If you are staying veiled the whole time, then its really up to how you like the look of the double veil in the back as you won't really be able to see as much detail on the back of your dress

Yeah, I'm basically only using it so my dad can lift it up when we get down the aisle. Thanks for your advice.
