Veil spinoff- elbow length, how long?

how long are your layers?
where are you wearing it on head? (top, under hairdo?)
where does the blusher reach?

(i'm STILL trying to figure out what length i need... i have a 26'/28' one for now- blusher too short)

Well... I don't actually have my veil yet so I don't know the lengths of the tiers but the longest layer will be at or just below my elbows so around 28' or so. I'm not worried about the blusher being too short because I'll be wearing the veil on top of my head so it should hit just below my chest.

I don't remember how many inches it is - I'll check tonight on my receipt

I'm wearing my hair up and wearing my veil underneath in the back (sorry hard to describe). When they were measuring me for my veil, the women said that the veil should come below your chin (not at your chin - THAT WILL BE SHORT!), but I think she measuered me to my chest (or just around there).
