Try to have an idea of what you want and how you want to wear your hair and bring a pic of your dress. I bought the first veil I tried on, but tried on close to 20 tiaras before I found the one.
I second that -- try to choose your hairstyle first, then where you want to wear the veil, then develop a an idea of how you want the headpiece to look.
