After seeing CaMacho's wedding I had to meet with Bob @ Velvet Studios. My FH and I met with him and he was awesome. He took the time out to go over everything with us and we really felt comfortable. We booked him.
One Problem-he is booked for the night of my wedding, He has two women photographers that work for him that he set me up with. He showed me their albums and I liked the photos. I am a little nervous that it is not Bob and his wife taking the photos. Has anyone used the girls at Velvet Studios?

I am using Judy & Caroline. I met with Judy before booking...I didn't get a chance to take my epics yet but I liked her when I met her.
ETA: Although Bob is great, I am actually excited to have two women photograph my day. I feel that they will be more in touch with my feelings and I think I will feel more comfortable posing for them and all.

I am so glad to hear that you are using them!!! I haven't taken my e-pics yet either. I am trying to drop a few lbs. first. We'll see though with the holidays coming
I was thinking that too about the girls knowing exactly what pics are important to the bride especially because there are 3 kids between us from previous marriage/relationship and we want to make sure they are captured just as much as the two of us!

I am using Bob for my wedding. I am sure you have nothing to worry about. Bob would not have anyone working under his name that didn't do quality work. Afterall, it would be his name on the line.
