Vender travel fees for 12th night?

Does anyone know what 12th nights travel fees are? I have a westchester wedding and they said there would be a fee but wouldnt tell me over the phone what it would be. I have an appointment with them but I live in the city, if the fee is high this will be a total waste of my time. Also, do they negotiate their costs??
