Vendor contract help!

I saw the Franklyn Wayne band Heart and Soul at their showcase and loved them. So I put my date on hold and now have until thursay to sign the contract. I'm very unexperienced when it comes to contracts and I'm just wondering if it is detailed enough. It has the cost of everything, the band memeber's names, my date and place, and Frank Wayne's signature.

I've only heard good things about them but I just want to make sure that I wont be sorry booking them. I also want to make sure the contract is a good one and I can feel good about booking them.

Has anyone else booked this way? Thanks so much!

How many breaks are scheduled?
Will the music be continuous?
Will they learn new or special songs for you?
How long they need to do that?
Overtime rates?
They will probably need to provide insurance to the catering hall.

That's all I can think of right now, hope this helps.
