Vendor Deposits

Vendor Deposits

Hi Ladies:

The next thing we need to book into the new year is the DJ, Limos, and Florist. I'm trying to set a deadline of when to book all of them by and also trying to figure out how much the deposits will be for each.

Can anyone give me an idea on what the deposits for each vendor were?

Thank you.

We paid up front for our limo, as it was only $200 for the 3 hrs. I put down 20% for the florist ($200), and DJ is a friend of FH so we're paying him the day of, with no deposit required.

Our limo deposit was 10%, flowers was 10% and band was maybe 20%

We put down $1300 for the limo (FH wanted the RR Phantom so we paid for that upfront) I think they only require 10% though. I think we put down $500 for the DJ.

Thank you. I'm a little more at ease I thought it was going to be a deposit of 1,000 each. I was trying to figure out what to do first and by when but also don't get in a bind with payments. We have an extremely busy year this year with a lot of family events so I'm trying to budget it all

Camelot (limo) allowed us to make a $800 deposit. DJ and photo/video deposit was also $500.

DJ was 300 dollar deposit. Flowers was 50 dollar deposit and I have not done limos yet but I am probably going to wait to last minute and book camelot and just pay it up front. I need to see exactly what our needs are and I will not know that until second week in Feb.

I paid 1/2 of the total for the DJ, $400 for limos, and $800 for flowers
