Vendor insurance certificates

Do the vendors send the RH their insurance info? Or is that something we are responsible for doing?

you can call them. the vendor will have the insurance company fax directly to the RH

I contacted my vendors and asked them to fax their insurance info to the hall.

Vendor's responsibility.
Just make sure you touch base to confirm it gets sent.

That's what I did. I only had to do it for the band though.

The vendor is responsible to get their insurance there. If they are a house vendor typically the RH will have a copy of the vendors insurance on file. Most vendors take a copy of their insurance with them just in case the RH didn't receive it so all they need to do is show it before they set-up.

I'm not an anal mental patient (well maybe a little). I handle all of our corporate events so I deal with this all of the time.
