Re: vendor invites?
i don't think so. i didn't send any invites to any vendors, including the officiant.
i figured they knew what day the wedding was.

Re: vendor invites?
I wouldn't either...anyone who's paid to be there won't be getting an invitation.

Re: vendor invites?
nope. The vendors are not being invited. They are contracted to attend.

Re: vendor invites?
We're inviting our priest & his wife to our reception, so they'll be getting an official inviation in the mail; but they're the only ones...

Re: vendor invites?
I had trouble with this too. Paid vendors don't get an invite, like someone else said, they are contracted to be there. As far as the priest or rabi or whomever, if they are close to your family and you wish to invite them then I would send them a formal invite but not the vendors.

Re: vendor invites?
I sent one to my officiant, but only because he asked me to. He said he keeps a 'portfolio' of invitations of the ones he's presided over.
