Which RHs include vendor meals in their prices/do not charge you to feed vendors?
Does anyone know what (Westbury Manor, Fox Hollow, The Irish Coffee Pub, George Washington Manor, and the Riviera in Massapequa)'s policy is on this?
Also, which vendors need to be fed? Do I need to feed the musicians who play during the ceremony/cocktail hour? Or just the people who stay throughout the reception like the photographers, and DJ?

Re: Vendor Meals
Most halls give you a discount for vendors once you meet the minimum - 1/2 off or 1/3 off. I think there are some that charge you nothing for their preferred vendors, but not sure which ones. I think someone mentioned that North Ritz Club is one.
I would feed all the vendors that are staying throughout the reception - photographer, videographer, dj, band, etc.

Re: Vendor Meals
I answered on your BHB thread too
It all depends on the hall and the vendors.
For instance some halls charge 50% for all vendors, regardless of whether or not they're house vendors.
Others (like NRC) feed house vendors for free and outside vendors for 50% (that's why my two biggest vendors are house vendors ).
I don't know anything about the halls you asked about, but I can tell you you'll need to feed the photog, videog, band/dj members, and yes, possibly even the ceremony/CH musicians (especially if they're the same as your reception musicians).

Re: Vendor Meals
from my rh and the rh's i looked at, most let you pay half price for vendors (after you met the min) and some (like 1 or 2 that i saw) let you feed them during CH (but personally i wouldnt want that, i feel wierd with them on line with my guests ya know)
but yes, usually its your band/dj and photo and video

Re: Vendor Meals
I think you pretty much feed any vendor that is there for the duration of the party. Different RHs have different policies.. most were either you pay 1/2 or 2/3rds of the full price. I know that Westbury Manor was either one of those.

Re: Vendor Meals
Floral Terrace charges 1/2 price for vendor meals. I only plan on feeding the vendors who will be at the reception: DJ/DJ assistant and my two photographers.

I know Fox Hollow does NOT include vendor meals. However they are at a discounted rate.
You have to feed: (MEALS) DJ Photog
Feed during coctail hour: Minister (if your being married at hall) musicians who play during coctail hour
usually they are half price and house vendors and free- this is how it is at my RH
