Which RHs include vendor meals in their prices/do not charge you to feed vendors?
Does anyone know what (Westbury Manor, Fox Hollow, The Irish Coffee Pub, George Washington Manor, and the Riviera in Massapequa)'s policy is on this?
Also, which vendors need to be fed? Do I need to feed the musicians who play during the ceremony/cocktail hour? Or just the people who stay throughout the reception like the photographers, and DJ?

Re: Vendor Meals
It all depends on the hall and the vendors.
For instance some halls charge 50% for all vendors, regardless of whether or not they're house vendors.
Others (like NRC) feed house vendors for free and outside vendors for 50% (that's why my two biggest vendors are house vendors ).
I don't know anything about the halls you asked about, but I can tell you you'll need to feed the photog, videog, band/dj members, and yes, possibly even the ceremony/CH musicians (especially if they're the same as your reception musicians).

Re: Vendor Meals
Our RH was Chateau La Mer & it was free meals for in house vendors & 1/2 price for outside vendors - we had to pay for our 9 pc band 1/2 price, but our photographer, videographer, & DOC & her asst were free.

Re: Vendor Meals
For our wedding, all 'house vendors' were free of charge. Any other vendor was 50% discount. So, we used our house photog = free! but we booked with another DJ, so the DJ and MC were both fed at 50% off. If you use a videographer, you'll have to feed them too. So, DJs, Photogs, and Videogs, that's it! (Plus, if you hire any extra people who will actually be at the reception for the entire, or most of the time)

Re: Vendor Meals
Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow feed their recommended vendors for free. If you do not use their vendors, you have to feed the musicians and photographers/videographers. At WM they will be 50% off once you meet your minimum guarantee, and if you don't meet it you can count them toward your minimum. Fox hollow is either 1/3 off or 1/2 off after the guarantee is met, not sure about the exact rate. They can also count toward the min. if it is not met.

Re: Vendor Meals
I believe the Fox Hollow if I remember correctly house vendors are free and outside vendors were a 1/3 off. Not a 1/3 of the price but a 1/3 off, which i feel to be ridiculous, but whatcha gonna do.

I know Swan Club charges $35 for vendors and children under 12. Definitely feed the musicians, photog and videog.

Re: Vendor Meals
You should ask the vendors first if they want to eat. Sometimes vendors don't like to eat on the job. My friend supplied meals to all her vendors and most of them did not eat

Re: Vendor Meals
Also important to know.. if you are not using the house vendors, some halls REQUIRE you to feed them (usually this means photog/video and any musicians). Make sure you know any particular hall's policy on this before you sign that contract!

Re: Vendor Meals
At JT, house vendors eat free (so long as you have the minimum # of guests) while outside vendors and kids eat for half price. And I don't think you really need to feed ceremony/cocktail hour entertainment. They probably won't be sticking around for the reception anyway to eat that meal.

Flowerfield is $25 for a recommended vendor. $50 for someone outside that list.
