Vendor Meals

Aside from everyone with the DJ, videographer and photographer who else am I feeding? I feel like i'm forgetting people.

If you're having uplighting there may be lighting techs from the DJ company that would stay the whole time - or not, I'm getting this and I'm not sure if they stay the whole time. Or a DOC if you're getting one?

Are you having a DOC? Other than that, I can't think of anyone else you will need to feed.

Also, is your photog/video with you until the end of the reception? If not, and they're not eating the main entree, you will not have to pay for them. Or at least that is what my RH told us. Might be worth asking.
