Do they let you know when the next payment is due?
Or is it up to to remember?

Some remind you some don't. I'm sure if you forget they will call eventually! My photographer not only sent me a reminder (one month early) but they also sent me an envelope!

So far it's been up to us to remember. We paid our caterer 1 month late b/c we forgot! They didn't seem to care, I don't think they'd noticed either.

We got phone calls from some, a letter from one, and we had to remember others. We put all the due dates on a big calendar so we could remember more easily.

My hall sends me a reminder every 3 months and it sends it 6 weeks before the payment is due. Our photographer sends us a reminder letter about a month before a payment is due.
